This is the first strip wall in Middelkerke at the Belgian coast, and was inaugurated on October 13, 2016. Dutch cartoonist Hanco Kolk designed the Robbedoes drawing on the wall. Art Mural painted it manually on the facade of 'De Calidris' in Westende (district of Middelkerke). The building is a former children's home, located in the dunes.
