A fascinating piece of work from Caroline Lejeune and Alex Grils, Caroline wrote this about the piece on her Instagram.
"Inviting viewers into the surreal journey of sensory overwhelm of a woman. She is in a dream-state, akin to a westernized Lakshmi with her four hands. Her eyes are closed and she holds symbolic eyes in two hands, representing the universal creative force and spiritual insight. The other two hands rest peacefully, while one transforms into a crab claw, symbolizing rebirth, emotions, and intuition. As she reaches towards a clock, embodying the perpetual race with time, she lies on a giant pizza. Temples emerge from this pizza, forming a symbolic clock, emphasizing the disorientation of time, scale, and space."
