Shinoya

Irish artist Fin DAC is based in London but travels widely to paint. 'Shinoya' is one of his Hidden Beauties - a series of masked women which can be found in cities around the globe. Fin painted her in Brighton in January 2016.
Fun Fact:  The mural had drawn two complaints because they say it doesn’t complement the neighbourhood’s character, and is a safety hazard for motorists and pedestrians.
The Council voted to give a retrospective planning permit for the work by global street artist Fin DAC.
