Cultural Simulacrum

Pete Seaton aka Pete Cto (@ctoart) says of this wall - it's 'an Injection of culture, simulating an experience of presence'. Painting on this mixed surface was a coup. The glass areas are adhesive prints created from the original design by the artist. That way the workers behind the glass can still see the sun shining!
