Empty bookcase

The 'empty bookcase' is opposite the library in the Walthamstow district. A neighborhood where many residents are not well off. The library is therefore very important to these people. Nevertheless, the government has decided to close this library. Due to budget cuts.. It is a major setback for the residents and it makes the step to get books (for themselves or for their children) even bigger. Each stack of books in this 'empty bookcase' tells a personal story and comes from the residents who in turn have been allowed to read these books thanks to the library.
