This mural is a collaboration with the North Carolina School for the Deaf and features three Deaf community members who advocate and promote Deaf Culture in Burke County: Georgeanne Crowe, Ulissa Deloatch, Melissa Schumate. The mural, hosted by building owner Hannah Ferree at 408 S Sterling St, Morganton, NC.

TOSS Institute and the North Carolina School for the Deaf- Mural depicts 3 women who have made large contributions to the North Carolina School for the Deaf, All are signing American Sign Language. Georgeanne is actively signing the book "the giving tree", Ulissa is signing I love you, and Melissa is signing spirit, for school spirit. Piece is painted on polytab installed on the building.
