You can find this at the entry of the 'Meubelfabriek', an old furniture factory that is now used by artists and local non-profit organizations. The gate to enter the place is normally open during daytime. It's possible that the door where you can find this work is open ... and because of that it's not visible. Just ask if you can hace a look, should be no problem.
