Tribute to Phase

Another tribute to a legend gone too soon. Phase was an old skool graffiti artist who was already active during the 1980s. He passed away in 2020. Someone made this tribute to him, remembering an old piece had he made on this exact same location.

The best way to see this, is from the walking path on the other side from the river.
