a Garden of Generations

A generational project that celebrates something as special as time together in nature. Cup of Color has already engaged the residents of the retirement center in the idea's design. What truly makes the project unique are the underlying stories. It's a painting created by grandparents, parents, and grandchildren spanning an age range of 3 to 107. It illustrates how they collectively summoned the courage to express their creativity on the wall in the form of flowers, despite initial uncertainties and self-doubt.

Created for the first edition of the Street Art Festival Frauenfeld.

Ein Generationenprojekt, das die gemeinsame Zeit in der Natur feiert. Cup of Color hat die Bewohner des Alterszentrums bereits in die Entwurfsphase der Idee einbezogen. Was das Projekt wirklich besonders macht, sind die dahinterstehenden Geschichten. Es handelt sich um ein Wandbild, das von Grosseltern, Eltern und Enkeln geschaffen wurde, wobei das Alter der Beteiligten eine Spanne von 3 bis 107 Jahren umfasst. Es erzählt, wie sie sich gemeinsam trotz anfänglicher Unsicherheiten und Selbstzweifel dazu wagten, ihre Kreativität in Form von Blumen an die Wand zu bringen.
