My little piece for @cheltenhampaintfestival. I say little, but it still took me hours of solid work. And the perfectionist in me could have spent hours more at it.

I'll admit, I came away unhappy with what I had done. I was surrounded by some phenomenal artists and had massive imposter syndrome.

Then 2 of my very good friends @izzie_grove and @andiartistmade me look at my painting in a different way, and after a bit of space, I can now see it in a more positive light. I have been considering how my work could become more sculptural, and this has given me a taste of creating something 3D that can be physically walked around and viewed from different angles. I'd like to have done more and painted the whole row of pillars, but I just didn't have enough time. Something else to consider going forward.

Lots of lessons learned and thoughts to ponder on. Thanks to @dice67.co.uk for having me back @cheltenhampaintfestival. You and the team do an amazing job ❤️
