<div>"Imperial" is the title of this Tribute to Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente for the XIX edition of Fetsival El Magusto<br><br>This mural reveals a fact that was unknown to many of us and is the relationship of the famous naturalist with the town of Carbajo. It was in this town and its surroundings where Félix spent many days, locating, sharing experiences with his neighbors, observing and recording shots for several of his mythical episodes of Man and Earth. Black vultures, black storks, badgers, otters... and especially the Iberian imperial eagle were the target of his cameras. Images that were broadcast on television and that dazzled, educated and moved several generations of Spaniards. Boys and girls including myself, to whom he deeply marked and transmitted love and respect for nature.<br>-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br>&nbsp;“Imperial” es el título de este Mural Homenaje a Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente que he realizado durante las tres últimas semanas en Carbajo (Cáceres) coincidiendo con la XIX edición de <a href="https://www.instagram.com/elmagusto_fest/">@elmagusto_fest</a><br><br>Este mural da a conocer un hecho que para muchos nos era desconocido y es la relación del insigne naturalista con la localidad de Carbajo. Fue en este pueblo y en sus alrededores donde Félix pasó numerosas jornadas, localizando, compartiendo vivencias con sus vecinos, observando grabando tomas para varios de sus míticos episodios del Hombre y la Tierra. Buitres negros, cigüeñas negras, tejones, nutrias… y muy especialmente el águila imperial ibérica fueron el objetivo de sus cámaras. Imágenes que se emitían por televisión y que encandilaron, educaron y emocionaron a varias generaciones de Españoles. Niños y niñas entre las que me incluyo, a los que marcó profundamente y transmitió el amor y el respeto por la naturaleza.<br>&nbsp;</div>
