Honestly, I always thought this were two men walking side by side, seen this is a LGBTQ+ friendly neighborhood and just around the corner, there is an entire street filled with LGBTQ+ positive mural art.  
After some research I found out that Broussaille is the one with the green jacket and his friend, Catherine, walks next to him in the grey jacket.
