Bijouterie

Vladimir Turner's work combines both art in public space and activism. Here he climbed the statue in memory of P.J. Proudhon, "father of anarchy" born in Besançon to adorn it with a pendant composed of a large gold chain and a paving stone. 50 years after May 68, Vladimir thus proposes a critique of the commodification of revolt and political art.
