The Walkway by the River

Description

This walkway is like a gallery. Every now and then tings gett added or it may change. It belongs to Ikea here in Bergen. The story goes that one day the local road company Mesta painted over what was in the "gallery". Then Ikea wrote Mesta telling them to keep of their grounds. Since then street art made has been hanging in the gallery. So if you visit Ikea it is worth while to check out if something new has surfaced.

Started walking the streets back in 2015. This developed into shooting and documenting our streets. From there I dove into the scene becoming part of it. I developed the platform StreetArt Bergen (FB/STREETARTBERGEN.TRUE). A platform for documenting and organizing projects. By 2023 our projects have painted over 30K m2 of graffiti and street art in our turf. Largest single project was more than 13K m2.We don’t do tours nor merch. Good hunting in our turf.
