GazMac, the Director of Yardworks and a graffiti veteran since 1984, is a passionate advocate for grassroots graffiti artists and the development of the graffiti scene in Glasgow. With decades of experience, he has been instrumental in nurturing local talent and creating opportunities for artists through his commitment to community-led projects. As the founder of the Yardworks Festival, he has brought over 1,000 artists to Glasgow, transforming the city into a vibrant hub for street art and graffiti, while championing creative expression and cultural collaboration.

Giacomo Marinaro

Giacomo Marinaro transitioned from legal studies to marketing and project management, driven by a 20-year passion for urban culture. Founder of Gulìa Urbana in 2012, he has organized over 400 murals with 300+ artists across Italy, leading impactful projects like T.R.U.S.t in Taranto and Wake Up in Latina. His work promotes social awareness and cultural heritage, establishing Gulìa Urbana as a key player in urban art both nationally and internationally.

Peter Eriksson

Peter Eriksson is the co-founder of Kulturhotellet based in Helsingborg, Sweden. He's passionate about creating more dynamic, vibrant and lively cities, as a project manager and artistic director over the past ten years, He has developed and implemented several long-term street art projects in and around Helsingborg – including Sweden Walls, Streetarthbg and Artstreethbg.  Through our gallery, projects, festivals and educational programs, my primary goal has been to make art and culture a natural part of people's everyday lives and public spaces.

Giulia Riva

Giulia ‘BLocal’ Riva is a writer and content creator on a mission to unveil the artistic and rebellious heart of cities. She creates content for creative enterprises and museums, and her writing was published in street art catalogs and art publications. Since 2011, she has run the independent street art blog “BLocal”, which has become the media partner of important street art festivals around Europe. Over the years, she has worked and written for museums, art galleries, tour operators, street art festivals, magazines, websites, travel guidebooks, publishers, urban art blogs, and DMOs.

Lene Kirk

For the last 11 years Lene Kirk has been the prime mover behind the mural project ‘Out in the Open’ at KIRK Gallery. Initiating the project in 2014 in  the city of Aalborg, Denmark, where the gallery is situated ,today the city is full of murals from highly recognized urban artists arriving from around the world. Starting the gallery in 2008, working with urban artists, the mural project was a natural next step with the wish to bring the art out of the gallery and into the streets, adding beautiful art to the lives of all citizens and not just to the few visiting the gallery. To get art "out in the open", where as many as possible can get an experience of what it means to live with art on a daily basis.

Steffen Gray

Steffen Gray has been immersed in creativity since an early age. Inspired by street art pioneers like CMP, he initially took his art to the streets. However, after organizing his first street art event in the late 2000s, he discovered his true calling: creating spaces where other artists’ work could flourish. Since then, he has co-organized the Meeting of Styles Copenhagen for 10 years and contributed to research on street art and creative placemaking.

Dmitry Kudinov

Co-founder and curator of the Supernova Art Embassy. In 2022, we launched our art residence Sukhodolye in the Kaliningrad region for street artists. And since 2023, we have had the Paterswalde Church (1877) at our disposal, which we use for our projects and events from the residence, thereby looking after and preserving it. We specialize in street art, festival and socio-cultural practices in the urban space. A strong focus on site-specific projects and the involvement of communities, people, officials in working on such projects."

KMG Aberdeen / UK
KMG is a Scottish based artist, illustrator, printer and painter. Her curious nature leads her work to explore themes ranging from the precarious to the mundane, often of a subversive nature. A weird combination of youthful enthusiasm mixed with utter cynicism leaves her work with a sarcastic, raw and yet playful tone. With a strong belief in the power of art, KMG also regularly works with community groups, healthcare and educational institutions to help make art as accessible as possible.

JDL

JDL Amsterdam / the Netherlands
Judith de Leeuw, also known as JDL street art, creates large- scale murals worldwide in order to draw attention to social issues. In a period of 6 years she managed to travel and work over 41 countries, including big parts of Europe, Asia and the United states. Growing up in child services, she has seen many dark places in life. Today she uses this as a tool for empathy and understanding for the less fortunate, who play main characters in her murals.

MadC

MadC Bautzen / DE
MadC was born as Claudia Walde in Germany in the 1980s. Throughout 26 years of constant engagement with art, in the streets as well as in galleries, she worked her way up from a teenager starting off with a spraycan to one of the worlds top urban contemporary artists. MadC’s monograph “From Street to Canvas”. MadC’s style has its roots in graffiti art, resulting in vividly colored,dynamic calligraphy and transparency where all layers shine through and thereby capture the energy of painting on a massive scale in the street, without using a direct graffiti language.

Sfhir

'Best of 2024' winner, Sfhir is a Spanish artist born in Madrid. He has been fascinated by drawing since childhood, his beginnings in graffiti go back to 1995. In his works combines graffiti with various tools such as airbrushes, pistols, brushes or rollers. The artistic exploration is the key of his evolution; In a continuous research about this field he has experimented with a multitude of techniques, chiseling each detail in a laborious, almost obsessive way, to achieve the most crude hyper realism. He has made the short film “Brut Nature” as scriptwriter and illustrator and its walls can be seen in countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, China, North America, Netherlands, Finland, Germany, England, Belgium … A phrase written on a New York train left him forever marked “I just know I can not stop.”

Caryn Koh

Caryn Koh is an artist from Malaysia currently based in Swindon, U.K. Previously being in the medical field, she has since rediscovered her passion in the arts. She graduated from Dasein Art Academy and was presented with the Outstanding Achievement Award in Fine Arts. She is part of an art collective WOM Collective in London, United Kingdom. She is also one of the main organisers for the critically acclaimed street art festival, Swindon Paint Fest and teaches art courses in New College Swindon. She paints introspective and touching works mainly in brushes and rollers, often drawing inspiration from her personal life. She explores themes of relationship, life and suffering, implementing three dimensional elements into some of her emotional murals which expand the impact of her artwork into the real-world.
