Mehdi Zemouri, aka MED, is a self-taught artist from Meknes. Born in 1993, this drawing enthusiast created his first wall in 2012. Since then, he has participated in numerous urban and contemporary art festivals, as well as several exhibitions across the country. His works, which have the particularity of mixing figurative art and geometric abstraction, are inspired by the culture and traditional architecture of Morocco. With bombs and brushes, Mehdi Zemouri pleads for a fairer world, putting people and nature back at the center.
