Lindenwand

Description

The "Linden Wall" features an arrangement of linden leaves, serving primarily as a visual monument to the Buer Linden tree. The color palette — a variety of green tones — reflects the vibrant seasons of spring and summer, while occasional light-brown leaves evoke autumn. The winter season—a time when the tree is bare—is symbolized by white-gray leaves that appear slightly weathered and, in places, translucent against the background.

Through their variations in size, shape, and color, these linden leaves effectively express the concept of diversity. After all, the leaves on a single tree serve as an ideal metaphor for a diverse society, one whose members exist in a symbiotic relationship, all sharing a common foundation for life.

Andrea Ranke (streetartwalks)
In 2013 I started with a new hobby. In the beginning it was difficult to get reliable information how to find streetart in public space. In 2016, I had the idea of sharing my information with other street art enthusiasts and started my blog “Streetartwalks”. When I found out about this new street art community at the beginning of 2018, I was immediately on board.
