L’opera si colloca all’interno di un’iniziativa di riqualificazione del campo da basket sito nella frazione Cerratina del Comune di Pianella, con lo scopo di valorizzare lo sport come occasione di aggregazione. Il soggetto ritrae il cestista Kobe Bryant, scomparso in un tragico incidente: un’opera allo stesso tempo commemorativa e rappresentativa dei risultati che si possono ottenere grazie all’impegno e alla costanza, non solo nello sport ma in ogni ambito. Il murale è stato realizzato con la tecnica dello spray su muro.

The work is part of an initiative to redevelop the basketball court located in the Cerratina hamlet of the Municipality of Pianella, with the aim of enhancing sport as an opportunity for aggregation. The subject portrays the basketball player Kobe Bryant, who died in a tragic accident: a work that is both commemorative and representative of the results that can be achieved thanks to commitment and perseverance, not only in sport but in every field. The mural was created with the spray on wall technique.
