Description

This delightful mural at The CEIP Santo Tomás de Aquino Primary School is a wall that "speaks of childhood, opportunities and the future".

The artist about (t)his mural: "In Andalusia, dreams are also painted. I often imagine a child searching for a book, and without knowing it, reaching for their dreams. This image reflects what wanders in my mind. Many have told me that this child looks like me when I was little. And they may be right, because I too grew up dreaming among streets, walls, and colors.
Among books, flowers, and that unique atmosphere that reminds us of Estepona, this mural speaks of childhood, opportunities, and the future. Because when a child learns, a whole community progresses. I would like to convey this message, and I hope that the children who pass by here see themselves reflected and believe that they can achieve anything they want.
And how wonderful to finish it today, celebrating Andalusia Day.
