The wall is inspired by the historical figure of Mary Reiby, who lived close to Margaret Street and is featured on the $20 note. It celebrates strong, fearless women in control of their own destiny and suggest an imagined worls where a young woman is starting to make decisions about who and where she wants to be.

This was apparently Sharon's first mural, so a big learning experience.
