We live in a time where hustle culture is so loud, always pushing us to do more, be more, never stop. But the truth is, without rest, we burn out. Without mental well-being, we can't create, we can't show up fully for the things and people we love.

This mural is a little pause button: a bear quietly stitching the words "it's okay to rest" while surrounded by friends who are napping, sipping tea, and taking things slow. A reminder that slowing down isn't weakness, it's part of the process.
