Banksy Hates Me

Description

This artwork, created in 2026, is situated on the corner of Brick Lane and 7 Stars Yard and is linked to the street art project @banksyhatesme, which uses humour and provocation to play on the famous rat and stencil style of the British artist Banksy.

The creator behind the Instagram profile travels to cities such as London, Bristol and New York to poke fun at the status and commercialisation of the world-famous street artist Banksy.

Just like the original, this was created using a stencil and spray paint. This ensures that the image can be applied to a wall very quickly to avoid detection.
