This is not a commercial location, but rather a hugely important health services 501 (c)(3) serving the needs of many lower-income El Pasoans. It's a 3-D mural encompassing many of the religious themes important to the Roman Catholic church. The portraits honor the founders of the clinic, who started it in 1967. This is an old-style mural, aging rapidly. It's worth seeing before it's gone.
