The Kampong Gelam Mural depicts the history and culture of Kampong Gelam. Commissioned by Mr Anil Chandru Thadani, the mural was painted over 25 days, with stories and information contributed by the Kampong Gelam community.

The storyboard unveiled on 23 March 2024 is a collaboration between Mr Anil Chandru Thadani, Mr Yip Yew Chong and the Urban Redevelopment Authority. There are 17 individual components to this great collage of art, with the storyboard providing information and context.
