Recruitment hive to me is like the nutritious leaf to a caterpillar, the opportunity for me to grow as an artist and have the support of a local business and also promote the business through my art explorations is important. It’s important that businesses support artists especially if the nature of their art is different and controversial, this keeps arts momentum and turns caterpillars into butterflies.
