Kristof drew inspiration for the title at a festival where the band The Priceduifkes played. 'May' refers to #maaimeiniet, the month in which Kristof painted this cabinet. As an ode to his wife, he incorporated a little bee in love and a kingfisher, her favourite bird, into the artwork.

A stone's throw from this cabinet, there are quite a few schools located there. You can see the octopus pole at the school and its cousin on the utility closet in one line of sight.
