Alluding to the great tradition of Caspe in the work and cultivation of the olive, and how fruitful this has been for the area in general. A hopper of an oil mill is represented upside down in reference to the rain that is perceived as a gift brought by the clouds, as if the olives themselves were dropped to nourish the earth. It was 2 days of non-stop work but it was enjoyable.
