Showcasing members of the New Haven community, DeAngelo based this mural on Dave Higgins and Michelle Salazar, a transit worker and a healthcare worker. In a collaboration with Straight Up Art, DeAngelo wanted to show the humanity and interconnectedness of the New Haven community.

I love art and I love to travel. When I go to a new place my dog, Sparky, we go for lots of walks, exploring whatever city we are in. I love to take that time to hunt for street art. It's makes it fun for both of us (unless he's actually thinking I'm really annoying for stopping so much!!)
