Introducing Mareeba Airport's latest addition - the 80th anniversary mural at the airport terminal!

Daniel Wallwork has done an incredible job capturing the airport's contribution and identity over the last 8 decades.

This includes RAAF Dakota C-47s during WWII, crop spraying, helicopter mustering & hot air ballooning.

This project was managed by FNQAM and supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) - a partnership between the Queensland Government and Mareeba Shire Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
