Arts New Orleans in partnership with the CROWN Coalition and City of New Orleans unveiled "Sacred Crown" by Journey Allen. The mural, inspired by the CROWN Act, celebrates Black hair independence while sounding a national call to advance federal legislation to protect against racial discrimination of hairstyles.
