"Goal of this mural ist to raise awareness of the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, which is on fire for the past month. The fires are not only destroying the homes of indigenous tribes and millions of animal species, but also impact the climate since the Amazon generates 20% of the world's oxygen. Deforestation changes rainfall patterns in the affected region, extending the length of the dry season, further affecting forests, biodiversity, agriculture and human health. We have to act for the Amazon by stop eating beef, reducing paper and wood consumption and donate to helping organizations."
