Le projet « De l'Homme à l'Arbre, de l'Arbre à la Ville » transforme la ville de Hannut en musée à ciel ouvert en intégrant une œuvre d'art urbaine originale. Pour initier un parcours street art, il est essentiel de commencer par une œuvre intégrée au paysage urbain. C'est l'objectif que s'est fixé le Centre Culturel, à commencer par l'artiste sélectionné Robin Bodéüs. Il nous emmène dans un monde à la fois réel, fantastique et surréaliste, visant à entraîner l'observateur dans sa réflexion et à développer son sens de la critique. Il invite le public à s'interroger sur notre environnement, à mobiliser son imaginaire pour explorer les liens entre la nature et l'humanité, leur rapport à la terre et au monde moderne.

Les citoyens, les écoles, les associations et les passants sont encouragés à partager leur vision, leurs interprétations, leurs observations et leurs points de vue sur la murale et/ou son thème, ainsi que sur ce qu'elle représente pour eux et ce qu'ils y voient. La démarche consiste à porter un regard sur les mutations urbaines, sociales et culturelles et à créer une interaction avec un public tantôt surpris, tantôt intrigué, curieux ou enthousiaste, contemplatif ou questionnant sur le sujet. Le grand public devient acteur involontaire d’un art multi-interactif, contribuant en quelque sorte à une performance inattendue. Les visiteurs se réapproprient l’espace public ainsi transformé.

The project "From Human to Tree, from Tree to City" transforms the town of Hannut into an open-air museum by integrating an original urban artwork. To initiate a street art journey, it is essential to start with a piece integrated into the urban landscape. This is the purpose set by the Cultural Center, beginning with the selected artist Robin Bodéüs. He takes us into a world that is both real, fantastical, and surreal, aiming to lead the observer into their thoughts and develop a sense of critique. He invites the public to question our environment, to harness their imagination in exploring connections between nature and humanity, their relationship with the earth, and the modern world. Citizens, schools, associations, and passers by are encouraged to share their vision, interpretations, observations, and perspectives on the mural and/or its theme, as well as what it represents for them and what they see in it. The approach is to cast a gaze on urban, social, and cultural changes and create interaction with the public sometimes surprised, sometimes intrigued, curious, or enthusiastic, contemplative, or questioning about the subject. The general public becomes an involuntary participant in a multi-interactive art, contributing in a way to an unexpected performance. Visitors reclaim the public space thus transformed.
