This playful 3D-printed street art installation by Onaranlar Kulübü (A repair and design movement) creates an imaginative connection between Istanbul and Cologne. Inspired by the portal motif from Rick and Morty, the artwork shows the characters appearing to pass through a vivid green portal, as if moving between two real urban spaces.
First installed in Şişli, Istanbul, and later continued on the facade of Allerweltshaus in Cologne, the project combines street art, pop culture, 3D printing, and urban storytelling. Developed in collaboration with Coach e.V. Köln, Urban Culture Bridge, and other partners, the installation turns public walls into a humorous cross-cultural gateway between Turkey and Germany.
