The mural was created at the intersection of Szczerkowskiego and Teligi streets in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
It is unique because it spans two adjacent buildings, covering a total of about 260 m² (approximately 130 m² on each wall).
✅ Theme and Inspiration
The main theme: a Slavic couple dancing or basking in the sun – a symbolic return to roots and Central European culture.
Previous editions featured murals inspired by Africa and Taiwan, while this year focused on the Slavic region, highlighting the festival’s cultural diversity.
Design and execution: art collective WypiszWymaluj ( ), known for creating murals for earlier editions of the festival.
This is the third consecutive mural by the same team for the event.
Around 300 spray paint cans were used to complete the artwork.
The project was coordinated with the Grodzisk Mazowiecki City Hall, and the painting process lasted several days, allowing residents to watch it live.
The mural was officially unveiled on July 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM, marking the symbolic opening of the festival.
