Street art piece titled "Alcina Ferreira" part of the exhibition "Ao Postigo Contigo" (To the wicket with You), which illuminates the streets with paintings, portraits, and sculptures, using old loom shutters as part of the celebration of the local weaving tradition and other cultural manifestations of the parish, which also saw a dance initiative in partnership with Teatrão.

Born in Lobito, Angola, 1958. PhD in Communication Sciences (2005), degrees in Journalism (1999) and Law (1981) from the University of Coimbra.
He was a university professor from 2005 to 2025; a communications consultant for several Portuguese ports; and a journalist for TSF, Expresso, Grande Reportagem, TVI, Tal & Qual, and Jornal de Coimbra. He also worked as a photojournalist.
Member of the Assembly of the Republic (1983-1985), for PS.
He has published several books and photo albums.
