Cobblestone biter

Jamz Jamezon created this absolutely stunning work. What an artist! This mural is a hidden gem in the heart of Assenede. It's a tribute to the wonderful residents of our four boroughs, each with its own nickname. These nicknames were beautifully incorporated into this mural. Cobblestone biter, donkey, finches, and gingerbread man were united in a dreamy scene. For the occasion, the Assenede cobblestone biter was dressed as a Saluutje (little salute). A beautiful nod to our rich carnival history. Jamz Jamezon: Resident nicknames / Saluutje: Pay particular attention to the many details incorporated into the artwork. Every detail was spray-painted onto the wall. The artist also perfectly integrated the surroundings into the scene. The ground on which the figure walks blends seamlessly with the existing pavement. The trees and shrubs on the right create a dynamic image in spring and summer and give the trees in the work a "real" crown. Moreover, the signposts were placed in such a way that visitors are effectively guided in the right direction. Sublime, fantastic, brilliant, phenomenal!
