The Wool Bay community, along with the lead artist Sam Brooks, met to decide on the overall mural themes to best suit the town and surrounding area.  The history of wool exports, the lime kiln and local flora and fauna deciding to be featured. The community also allowed Sam to add some of his own expression to the artwork. Harley Hall included his Cultural representations to the front of the piece when looking from the road.
