Dake25 maakte deze muurschildering voor Abstract Session 3, op 7 en 8 februari in het Urban Art Center in Vorst. Het festival stond in het teken van de 40ste verjaardag van de toonaangevende Brusselse straat artiest Eyes-B.

Dake25 is autodidact en zette zijn eerste stappen in de schilderkunst in Valparaíso, Chili. Zijn beginjaren werden gekenmerkt door de wereld van underground graffiti, waar hij begon met het maken van simpele tags. Na verloop van tijd werden zijn technieken verfijnder en evolueerde zijn benadering naar een diepere, meer artistieke verkenning. Deze dialoog tussen rauwe expressie en de zoektocht naar betekenis blijft zijn werk tot op de dag van vandaag voeden. Zijn stijl is een permanente, experimentele en voortdurend evoluerende zoektocht, waarin durf en kleur samenkomen om unieke composities te creëren.

Ce dialogue entre l'expression brute et la recherche de sens continue d'alimenter son travail aujourd'hui. Son style est une quête permanente, expérimentale et en constante évolution, où l'audace et la couleur se rencontrent pour créer des compositions uniques.

Dake25 is self-taught and took his first steps in painting in Valparaíso, Chile. His early years were marked by the world of underground graffiti, where he began by creating simple tags. Over time, his techniques became more refined and his approach evolved into a deeper, more artistic exploration. This dialogue between raw expression and the search for meaning continues to fuel his work to this day. His style is a permanent, experimental and constantly evolving quest, in which boldness and colour come together to create unique compositions.
