This little beastie, by artist Penny Hauffe, has adorned the corner of this building since 2023. Restaurants have come and gone but so far, the little guy has survived. He's a nice "find" for parents helping their children appreciate public Art. The artist, appropriately, is the illustrator of the children's book, "Can I have a Tyrannosaurus rex, Dad? Can I? Please?" as well as others. She remembers painting this in early 2023.
