Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre Graffiti Tanks

The Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre was opened in 1994 by Liverpool City Council, which was previously a disused power station. After closing for about two years, it relaunched in April 2008 and incorporated the two water tanks as legal graffiti walls. The walls at launch were free for all, but since 2015 it has become a registered legal art wall and now requires registration at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. A large artwork of tank rules can be found, promoting respect for fellow artists and fair representation.
