Œuvre réalisée pour le festival Just Paint à Saint-Brieuc, en France, en 2026.

L'artiste à propos de son œuvre : “Margot la fée est dans les traditions de Bretagne le nom générique de certaines fées terrestres. Elles sont surtout connues en Centre-Bretagne, particulièrement dans les Côtes-d'Armor. Vraisemblablement issues de la fée Morgane et avant elles d'un aspect de la Terre mère, les Margot la fée sont réputées puissantes et parfois espiégles. Elles peuvent se rendre invisibles, se métamorphoser et transformer autrui.
Là, cette Demoiselle est nichée sur un gros champignon multicolore, elle protége les fôrets.
Pour cette fresque au sol je me suis également inspirée du documentaire "Fantastic Fungi" réalisé en 2019 par Schwartzberg .
Certains champignons aident à soigner la dépression, d'autres composent un réseau souterrain permettant aux arbres de communiquer...
Les Champignons ont-ils le pouvoir de sauver notre planète et de soigner notre âme ?”

The artist on her work: “In Breton folklore, ‘Margot the fairy’ is the generic name for certain earth fairies. They are best known in Central Brittany, particularly in the Côtes-d’Armor. Believed to have originated from the fairy Morgane and, before her, from an aspect of Mother Earth, Margot the Fairies are reputed to be powerful and sometimes mischievous. They can make themselves invisible, shapeshift and transform others.
Here, this young lady is perched on a large, multicoloured mushroom, protecting the forests.
For this ground mural, I was also inspired by the documentary “Fantastic Fungi”, directed in 2019 by Schwartzberg.
Some mushrooms help to treat depression, whilst others form an underground network enabling trees to communicate…
