Part of “Krása města v pohybu” (“City Beauty in Motion”) / Mural Ruzyně project, created during the 2026 “Urban Pictus” festival by 15 Czech and 15 international street artists between 15 June and 10 July 2026.
The artwork was inspired by real stories collected from local residents, who shared personal experiences of small and large acts of kindness received from others. These submissions ranged from subtle everyday gestures - such as someone peeling a mandarin for a friend - to life-changing moments where strangers saved someone in despair.
Designed like a continuous comic strip, the mural illustrates a "butterfly effect" of compassion. A girl adopts a rescue dog that brings joy to an elderly woman, who bakes a cake for children, inspiring their mother to express love to her partner. While out jogging, he gives change to a homeless man, who moments later rescues the dog from under a car, closing the story where it began.
Hand-written quotes gathered from the public are inscribed directly onto the lower border in Czech with English translations alongside.
Toy_Box also included her own personal dedications, expressing gratitude to the sponsor who funded her comic book, as well as to her family and everyone supporting her creative work.
Ultimately, the mural stands as a tribute to everyday generosity, reminding viewers that kindness is the core value keeping society together.
Expressive figurative portraiture combines with non-realistic skin tones and vibrant, chromatic colors, completely omitting black and white paints. The work incorporates abstract geometric shapes floating across the composition, blending a classical painterly aesthetic with dynamic street art storytelling.
