Street Art Cities

Earnest Bradley (AKA Tawk GBAK) is a mural and tattoo artist originally from Auckland but now residing in Whangarei. Co-owner of Memory Lane a gallery and tattoo studio on John Street in Whangarei, Earnest has devoted part of his time out in the community brightening up public spaces with his colourful murals. His murals can be found helping to deter tagging on public toilets and in some of the local schools where he has helped develop the artistic talents of some promising young art students. 

Located on the public toilets located at the Te Matau A Pohe car parking. Take the opportunity to wander over the bridge to the Camera Obscura interactive sculpture Timatatanga Hou.
