The boxes were designed by artists Kristine Thiemann and Eva Kolb and are inspired by the works of the artists after whom 16 streets in the neighborhood are named. At the “Mümmel Casting,” all Mümmelmannsberg residents were invited to come by for a photo shoot and have their picture taken in a replica wooden model, complete with matching costumes and props.
