🎨 Artist & Creation: The 20-meter-tall large-scale mural was completed in autumn 2022. It was commissioned by the Protestant Elias Congregation in cooperation with the intercultural community center "Heinz Werner Meyer Treff", with additional funding and support from the City of Dortmund.

💡 Meaning & Message: The artwork depicts a young girl looking upwards toward Scrabble-like letter tiles spelling out words like Dortmund, Offenheit (Openness), Frieden (Peace), Toleranz (Tolerance), Respekt (Respect), and No Nazis. It was created to stand as a highly visible statement for diversity, tolerance, and against right-wing extremism in the neighborhood
