Street Art Cities

There is a protest-truck right in the middle of Tallinn's Old Town. The vehicle was brought to a land area owned by Estonian businessman Heino Viik. He was prohibited to build anything on his land plot because of it's location in a historical area. At the same time he paid a regular land tax. Tallinn City government refused to buy this piece of land from businessman at a reasonable price. As a matter of protest Heino planted and grewed potatoes on his land, but the decision was also disputed by public authorities. Field of potatoes was eventually removed. As his last protest Heiko decided to bring there an old soviet truck. Sarcastically he named this performance "Christmas tree installation". As if trying to attract public's attention to "waste recycling and green transition issues". On a door of this truck there is an artwork painted by Pintsel.
