Saint Joseph’s Day is a special feast, which has always been celebrated in Capaci with the preparation of a delicious soup made with vegetables, legumes, wild herbs and tubers. A very tasty dish, one of those grandmas cooked to show all their affection. This plate of soup and love is offered to all those who come to share. My Saint Joseph is seated at one end of the table, waiting for you to take a seat at the other and be part of the community.
