For the second edition “FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DES ARTS URBAINS” 2023

The artist C215 and the City of Laon invited some international street artists to express themselves in the Champagne and Montreuil districts.  Monumental murals and just as many different techniques have been brought together to create an exceptional event and unique works to discover and savor Daily.
