Dos caras, Una Realidad

This mural depicts the impact of gender violence through a portrait divided into two halves. On the left side, the face of a young woman reflects sadness and fear, with a dull look and subtle marks of suffering. In the background, blurred silhouettes of menacing figures represent the aggressors and the hostile environment around her, without defined faces, symbolizing the anonymity of violence.

On the right side, the expression changes to serenity and hope. The light and warmer colors envelop her face, while sharp silhouettes of police and doctors emerge, representing the help and support that can save lives. The work conveys a clear message: violence is real, but so is the possibility of getting out of it with help and justice.
