Rafi die Erste was born in Porto, where she studied Classical Ballet and Architecture.
In 2007 she did a Master where she studied the alienation in the contemporary city and the subculture Graffiti as a product of this fragmentation. Since then, it becomes a passion.
In December 2011 she opens the Dedicated Store Porto, the first store in the city dedicated to Graffiti and Street Art, a project that she currently maintains.
In parallel with the Dedicated project, it is through the painting of murals, illustration and writing graphic novels that she reveals her universe.
She’s inspired by the meaning of things, history and stories, travels, art and nature. She looks for the details in life, the poetry, the magic, the beauty, that second. The Order in the Chaos. Everybody needs a dream and that’s what she paints. Handmade dreams, meaning a part of her stays in her art.
It is through the artistic expression that she feels her heart and spirit aligned, between the Chaos and the Cosmos.
